The complete Mozart: Piano Sonatas by the young Korean pianist William Yong. Yong studied piano in Korea and the U.S., and then went to Hanover University, where he studied with Andreas Steyer and Menahem Pressler. In a previous interview with a magazine while the complete works recording was in progress, he said, “Mozart may often sound the same to many people, but I disagree. I want to show how Mozart expressed emotion and color in his music.” As he said, this collection contains everything he wanted to express today.
