This is the fifth album in two and a half years by the ever-evolving James Blake. Friends That Break Your Heart” is the follow-up to “Covers EP,” a collection of his favorite covers released in December 2020, and is a concept album containing 12 songs. Released as the album’s first single, “Say What You Will” is about “finding peace with yourself and your situation, no matter how well other people seem to be doing. The album cover art, created with artist Miles Johnston, was designed to visually express the emotions brought forth throughout the piece. This product will be available for purchase on Friday, and will be delivered on or after the day of release.
