The album features Hugh Evans, who has backed Kevin Morby and others, and Seb Rochford, a drummer leading the UK jazz scene, as the rhythm section, with the wind instruments of multi-instrumentalist Gavin Fitzjohn adding a touch of flair to the album. The album features 10 songs, including the first single “Lawn,” which is a fresh and calm song with an authentic and quality band ensemble and a new expression of Aldous’s voice.The album’s final track, “Leathery Whip,” features a unique duet with Jason Williamson of the cult UK band Sleaford Mods. The CD of this album will be distributed in Japan and will include a commentary and bilingual lyrics.
