DJ/producer Yasushi Ide, who has many faces including the owner of Grand Gallery label and the owner of a select store, has started a new series of compilation URBAN BLUES. This compilation is designed to color the important night time of adults. A genre-less, so-called down-tempo selection that is ageless. The timeless mood will make you forget about time. The sub-titles are named after famous songs. As this is the start of the series, two titles, THE NIGHT IS YOUNG (Japanese music) and LOVE T.K.O. (Western music), will be released simultaneously. This is a Japanese version of the long-running “LATE NITE TALES” series, a compilation for enjoying the night. The design will be by Eisaku Ono of NANA, and the jacket will feature photographs by Yasuyuki Takagi.
