Cover Notes: ‘This Is The Moment!: Sings And Plays’, is a 1958 album from Kenny Dorham, featuring his first public vocal performances. Originally released on the great Riverside label, the album also marks the recording debut of pianist Cedar Walton. Mastered directly from the original mono analog tapes by Kevin Gray, printed & pressed at Pallas on 180 gram vinyl and housed in a deluxe reverse-board jacket, the sound found on these recordings is sonically beyond any previous pressing.
