This album, “This is Telex”, features the best of Telex’s classic songs such as “Moskow Disco” and “Eurovision”, covers of Sly & The Family Stone and Sparks, and two previously unreleased songs, The Beatles’ “Dear Prudence” and Sonny & Cher’s “The Beat Goes On”. The Japanese version of “Moskow Disco” and “Eurovision” will be included as bonus tracks. The album has been newly mixed and remastered by the band themselves from the original tapes. We’re keeping it simple. We’re simplifying. We’re getting rid of tracks and making something better and more Telex-like. It’s like we’re starting to make new music, and it’s a miracle.
