The Norwegian trumpeter’s liquid sound floats weightlessly in ambient electronic aether, or vaults over thunderous beats, rock-derived guitar and the noises of DJ Strangefruit’s spun turntables. Singer Sidsel Endresen guests on two acoustic cuts that offer a moment’s respite from the heavy, heady grooves.
