Icelandic female singer/songwriter Sóley has released her third album in two years. After a year of songwriting with longtime collaborator and friend Albert Finnbogason (also a member of Grislapparisa, Soze of Chaos, etc.), the album is her brightest work to date, as if the sun is shining down on it. The artwork was done by Ingibjörg Birgisdottir, sister of Yonsei of Sigur Rós, as in the past. Mastering was done by Francesco Donadello, an up-and-coming engineer who has worked with Thin Fun and A Winged Victory for the Saloon, among others.
