Rocky IV was originally released in 1985.The soundtrack was successful on the strength of two top-five singles, “Burning Heart”, and “Living In America” by James Brown. “Living In America” showed the decadence, extravagance, and sheer bloated pompousness of the 80’s. Perhaps the soundtrack’s most popular tune is “Eye Of The Tiger”. The album reached the Top Ten on the Billboard 200 Album Chart and was certified Platinum by the RIAA.
