Francesco Tristano presents his new work + live concept for Transmat, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The concept project is a minimalist depiction of music, lighting, architecture and interior design. Kraftwerk, YMO and P-Funk as well as Derrick May (Transmat), who revolutionized the music scene, will be the featured guest on 5 tracks. A special recording of “Senmeri” (cover version) by respected Japanese techno innovators YMO and Ryuichi Sakamoto is included. This album is the second collaboration project between TRANSMAT (Detroit) and UMAA (Japan). Special paper jacket (permanent) / 8-page booklet, commentary by Derrick May, etc. (tentative)
