Following “Manayachana” (2014), “My Letter to the World” (2016), “Chance Monsoon” (2017), “Diamond Dust” (2018), and “Zawawa” (2019/2019 Record Academy Award Winner for Contemporary Music), London-based composer Dai Fujikura’s latest album featuring his works. This collection of works also offers the richly varied world of Dai Fujikura, written for a variety of instruments, including Japanese, brass, string, and orchestral instruments. This work is mainly music for instrumental music. The intertwining of traditional instruments with electric guitars and electronics is extremely contemporary. As with his previous works, Dai Fujikura himself edited, mixed, and mastered the music, pursuing the composer’s ideal sound.
