Formed in Stockholm in 1984, CANDLEMASS is the second studio album released in 1987 by CANDLEMASS, a pioneer of doom metal that had a profound influence on later bands. It is also known as the first album in which vocalist Jan Alfredo Marcolin, aka Messiah Marcolin, participated. This mid-priced CD comes in a digipak with the original artwork and an 8-page booklet. This is a domestic distribution version with obi. No commentary is included.
