Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Nebraska ’82’ is a Japanese-made, 5-disc deluxe box set with 4xCDs – Outtakes, Electric Nebraska, Live Recordings, 2025 Remaster and a blu-ray with a 2025 re-created live concert video.
Released in conjunction with the autobiography ‘Deliver Me from Nowhere’, this deluxe set chronicles the creative journey from his 1982 album ‘Nebraska’, known for its stripped-down acoustic sound, to the global breakthrough of ‘Born in the U.S.A.’ For the first time ever, the long-rumored ‘Electric Nebraska’ sees the light of day, an alternate electric version offering a raw and powerful band sound that has remained hidden for decades. Also revealed is the true origin of ‘Born in the U.S.A.’ – a “sibling album” to ‘Nebraska’, recorded during the same sessions. This long-speculated connection is finally documented in full.
Pressed on the hi-res Blu-spec CD2 format it includes a 60-page booklet with rare, previously unreleased photos and in-depth liner notes. Presented in a 6″ x 6″ hardback digibook case with obi strip.
