Bohemianvoodoo
:
Two years after their long-selling second album “SCENES”, bohemianvoodoo has grown to become one of the leading bands in the scene, and now delivers memories of “fragrance” through all analog recordings. With beautiful melodies and hot grooves that seep into your heart with even greater sophistication, this is their third album that will make you cry, laugh, sing, and dance. Groovy songs such as “El Ron Zacapa (Rum)” and “Cardamon (Spice)” stimulate not only the ears but also the nose, while more sophisticated and hauntingly beautiful melodies such as “Seven Color Days” and “Flyaway” are still there. The band also performed their first vocal pieces on “Mothertree” and “Relation Ship,” a self-cover of “Jet Setter” from their first album with vocals, and “Cleopatra’s Dream,” an arrangement of jazz classics, at the Blue Note TOKYO (2014). The performance at “Blue Note TOKYO” (April 1, 2014), in which he arranged jazz masterpieces, is reminiscent of the heated stage performance. The entire piece was recorded in analog for a three-dimensional sound and live ensemble, and the sound was thoroughly focused on the performance of the four musicians.A masterpiece that is both nostalgic and new, and will touch the hearts of all who hear it.
