A unique collaboration between pianist Goko Fujii and Mizuki Wildenhahn, a dancer living in Hamburg, Germany. Based on flamenco dance learned in Madrid, Fujii’s style of percussive dance was developed through collaboration with a variety of musicians in New York. The DVD and CD of this work allow the audience to enjoy the full range of this style of expression. In contrast, the performance team is an irregular trio, Dis is It! This is the first work by these two musicians, who have performed together extensively since their first encounter.
