The world’s oldest classical label, Deutsche Grammophon, which boasts a history of over 120 years, and Decca (including the former Philips), which will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2019 and is home to conductor Seiji Ozawa, pianist Mitsuko Uchida, and other greats. The series of evergreen masterpieces from both Decca and Philips labels will be released! We conducted a survey of about 25,000 people in the classical music industry and members of our newsletter. The campaign will release 20 titles in each genre every two weeks for a total of 100 titles. The campaign features two brilliant masterpieces by Rimsky=Korsakov, whose orchestration is one of the most skillful among the five members of the Russian national music group. Dutoit and the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, which has taken the world by storm with its performances of French and Russian music, portray the world of Arabian Nights and the emotions of Spain in a brilliant and exquisite manner, offering an exotic and colorful beauty.
