Akira Sakata x Triple Edge’s second album is a live disc recorded at Shinjuku Pit Inn in 2019. It contains 6 songs, 69 minutes and 38 seconds! Introduction by Masayasu Tsuboguchi: “A variety of living creatures seem to be attracted to Akira Sakata, a large tree several thousand years old. The dynamics/minimalism of this work may be a purifying effect of nature, or it may be a ritual with Akira Sakata as the deity. Takeharu Hayakawa, with his doughy, ninja-like manner, and Masataka Fujikake, with his deep-bodied, all-encompassing earth-shaking sound, were the main performers. As for me, I would say that I am connecting the past and the present with the same level of organicity as a piano and an electronic sound.
