This is the first album in five years (as of 2014) by female singer/songwriter Bebeu Gilberto. With Mario Caldato as co-producer, Bebeu Gilberto has developed a musicality and sophisticated sound that goes beyond Brazilian music. In addition to his own compositions, Bebeu Gilberto also includes a cover version of “Vivo Sonando” by Carlos Jobim, one of the founders of bossa nova, which his father João Gilberto featured in “Gets/Gilberto”.
