Akira Matsuo’s first release on Jazzfreak Records in a while is a Latin album by a trio featuring Latin pianist Miho Nakata and young talented bassist Yusuke Nakaishi. Audio critic Masayoshi Hayashi served as sound coordinator, bringing room-tuning materials from Nippon Acoustic Engineering and a Crypton power supply box to the studio for sound tuning. The result is a more tranquil sound, but with the passion of a Latin masterpiece.
